The manual was developed as part of the BUA project “Lab-Know-How as a shared resource” and provides an introduction to working with the management and booking software OpenIRIS. It describes, among other things, how users can navigate the portal, request providers and resources, and book resources and services. Originally created for internal use, it draws on experiences gathered at iLab regarding software usage.
