AMBIO Zeiss Upright LSM 900 Airyscan 2

 

Compact confocal for gentle multiplex (multi-channel, XYZT-dimensions, automation) imaging:

  • 4 laser lines
  • 2x GaAsP detectors, 1x Airyscan2 detector, 1x transmitted light detector
  • Upright stage suited for fixed slides
  • Monochromatic fluorescence camera
  • Experiment-designer for optimal channel/ filter settings & acquisition speed

  • Super-resolution & higher speed with Airyscan 2 (32x-array-detector for pixel re-assignment)
  • Joint deconvolution of Airyscan 2 images for higher resolution
  • Scanning confocal (DAPI, GFP, mCherry, Cy5, transmitted light)
  • Improved confocal image quality with LSM Plus (linear Wiener filter for enhanced signal to noise & improved resolution)
  • FRAP/PA (photo activation/conversion)
  • Multiplex SR-2Y (increased speed with parallel scanning of 2 lines)

  • 40x LD LCI Plan-Apochromat (multi immersion: water, silicone, glycerol), NA=1.2, WD=410 µm, –> ONLY this objective is optimized for Airyscan mode! 
  • 63x Plan-Apochromat (oil), NA=1.4, WD=190 µm, DIC
